Lauren Mosenthal is a product designer, technologist, team leader, and entrepreneur. Lauren is currently leading the product design and research teams at Guild Education ( Guild’s mission is to facilitate an affordable education leading to a Bachelor degree for the 64 million working adults ). Previously, Lauren co-founded the venture back startup, Glassbreakers, as Head of Product and CTO. Glassbreakers was a women’s peer-to-peer mentoring network and pivoted into the enterprise software for Fortune 100 diversity and inclusion teams. Lauren’s passion is in businesses and technology that have both a thriving business model and a social impact; she is an advocate for ensuring that artificial intelligence is built by designers and researchers who reduce bias. After years of living in San Francisco, Lauren now lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and Goldendoodle.
